Tips for keeping score on paper
- Write the running total after every round, not just the round score. Mistakes are much easier to find.
- Agree on house rules before the first hand and note them at the top of the sheet.
- For games with bonuses at the end, such as gin rummy, keep a tally of hands won as you go.
